30-Day Returns
We want you to love what you ordered! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:
New condition: Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
Original tags: Tags must still be attached.
Free of damages: Items must not be damaged by the customer.
All returns are issued as store credit.
Exchange Process
Initiate your return or exchange using our online portal.
Send your item(s) to the provided return address.
Important Notes:
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
Availability: Exchanges depend on item availability. If the item you request is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss alternative solutions.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of its status. Approved refunds will be issued as store credit, which can be used for future purchases
At Dirty Cowboy Mfg., we accept returns within 30 days of purchase as long as the items are in their original condition and have all tags attached. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. All returns has a 5% restocking fee applied during the refund process.

Once your order is outside the return policy window, we're unable to accept it back via our exchange/return portal. Please reach out explaining the situation if it surpasses the 30 day limit.
